The HelpDesk™ provide an onsite Windows and Mac OS-X computer system support service. Where available, we can provide immediate emergency "on-site" support. Our normal target computer emergency response time is 2 hours.
IT Support Agreement
For larger organisations without in-house IT support staff, The HelpDesk™ can offer an IT Support Agreement which caters for all types of computer support services at mutually agreeable rates. A full range of IT support options at cost effective pricing structure is available.
Computer cleaning service
A computer cleaning service is available for your convenience, we recommend your workstations, laptops & notebooks are routinely cleaned and serviced at least every 12 months.
