The HelpDesk™ PC/MAC Telephone IT Support Subscription - Terms & Conditions (T&C’s)

- You must be at least 18 years of age and located in Australia to subscribe to this service.
- This is a telephone IT support subscription service only, On-Site and Remote IT support is not included in price.
- Subscribers receive a 15% Discount on HelpDesk™ Remote IT Support Service normal rates.
- Subscribers receive a 10% Discount on HelpDesk™ On-Site IT Support Service normal rates.
- Support is provided for Microsoft® Windows® & Apple macOS/iOS Operating System devices only.
- PC Subscription includes support for 2x) Windows® PC Devices, per user.
- MAC Subscription includes support for 1x) Apple® MacOS + 1x) Apple® iPhone iOS Device per user.
- Support provided during business hours: Mon-Fri 9 am - 5 pm. AEST (Public Holidays excluded)
- Subscriptions are valid once cleared payment has been received and are non-refundable once valid.
- We are not responsible for ISP or NBN internet outages or any limitations of operating systems/software/apps.
- Subscriptions are non-transferable to other person/s or businesses.
- Limited Service Area available (we cover most areas in Australia).
- Subscription service must not be used in an excessive, unreasonable or fraudulent manner.
- Limited Seats Available - Price is per user per year and includes GST.
